Joe Morris does a lot of commercial work. He says the reason he's so pleased with his Maxx 470 is that he can run 300' feet of hose on the 'economy' speed. He doesn't even need to turn it up all the way.

Brian's Maxx is perfect for his company name. He says that while cleaning carpet in February at 20 degrees his Maxx was so HOT that he had to use towels to roll up his hoses.

 Bill exclaims that he has "LOTS of heat ...my Maxx holds at 230 degrees easily."
Bill does mostly commercial cleaning and often has runs of 6-8 lengths of hose, and even at that 300 - 400 feet, running dual wands he maintains 230 degrees and has plenty of vacuum.
A man of few words, when asked what he likes best about his Maxx Bill says "It's no trouble. That is what I like best about my Maxx 470."

"THE HEAT AND POWER ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
After buying your wonderful machine, I thought I would conduct a little test. I ran 800 ft of hose up 18 floors in a commercial building. THIS MACHINE ROCKED IT BABY!! I had heat spewing out of the wand head still! My customer couldn't believe his eyes, and ears, the vacuum was still "singing" into the wand head, the carpet dried in 30 min!
FINALLY I found a machine that can live up to it's claim of "dual" wand, the heat was pouring out of both ends, with steam pouring into our faces! I LOVE IT!

He liked their first Maxx 470 so much that he bought a second one. He tells us that they were on a job cleaning down stairs, in a basement, using two RX20's at 300psi. They had 150' of hose on one side and 200' on the other. They were pretty impressed when the area they started cleaning was dry as they finished up. The Maxx 470 held 225-230 degrees consistently.
Brice also did a demo at a commercial account and the business owner said he could see the difference with the Maxx, there was a big difference.

 Jim has been a HydraMaster guy since 1979. Jim’s first machine was a HydraCat that is still in service with the original blower and pump, and a rebuilt engine. Jim has always been happy with the service in Cleveland. Jim’s newest money maker is a Maxx 450. Jim says "I love it, it is so trouble free, VERY powerful, VERY good heat ! It easily maintains 240 with 2 DriMaster upholstery tools…The drying times are amazing…I love the drying time.”
Jim has never had an APO (Automatic Pump Out) before and he loves it too. When he doesn’t use the APO, he’s very pleased with the Large 100 gal waste tank. He feels that he is vastly more efficient with the Maxx, he can use dual wands and now he gets great heat without having to buy propane. Jim tells us "I even like the looks of my Maxx. When I open the doors I am really proud of that machine”.

Steve had his Maxx 450 Diesel installed in a "monster box truck". Steve used to sub out carpet cleaning. He bought his Maxx because he "wanted the best.This machine turns heads.It's impressive. People like it.the cleaning job it does. the heat it maintains". Steve does mostly commercial and more hard surfaces than carpet. He "runs 400 ft of hose without blinking an eye."
He bought the Diesel Maxx because he feels that most of the stationary equipment in the world is run by diesels and that they last forever. He loves the diesel box truck/Maxx combo and says that he "would highly recommend HydraMaster Equipment and Chemicals to anyone."

Chris bought one of the first Maxx 450 Diesel's we produced. He needs a large Box Truck for all his Restoration equipment and loves the fact that he doesn't need to deal with a separate fuel source. Chris says that he keeps the heat turned down for 'normal' cleaning, otherwise it gets too hot.
He mainly uses 2 wands and is very happy with the vacuum he gets. His APO (auto pump-out) is great, it saves him plenty of time, he just turns it on and doesn't worry about stopping to dump. He also likes the front panel instrumentation, with all the bells and whistles, he always knows what's going on.

Paul has owned his Maxx 450 Diesel for over a year.We asked him how he likes it. "It's been absolutely awesome" was his first response.
Paul has his Maxx Diesel mounted in a Diesel box truck and uses it mostly for commercial and restoration work. On his commercial jobs Paul uses an RX-20 and tells us this "awesome combo works miracles".For restoration, Paul boasts that it makes "one heck of a flood truck".He has only run 350' with it, but says it works great at that distance.
Paul has run other units before and says the Maxx "eats the 405".He loves the diesel engine and says "It'll run forever".On residential, they get very quick dry times because of the constant high heat, and the vac is so strong many techs run it at the medium setting. His techs are getting spoiled and all want to use the Maxx. We can't tell the nickname they've given it.
